By booking a session, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Booking & Payment
1.1 Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed once:
• You provide the required details, and
• A deposit is paid (if applicable).
1.2 Deposits
For some shoots, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your date.
This amount will be deducted from your final invoice.
1.3 Payment Terms
• Full payment is required by the date specified on your invoice.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, online payment, or other approved methods.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
2.1 Client Cancellations
If you cancel:
• Deposits, where required, are non-refundable.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the session may incur a fee.
2.2 Rescheduling
You may reschedule (subject to availability) with reasonable notice.
2.3 Photographer Cancellations
If we must cancel due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances:
• A full refund of any payments made will be issued, or
• The session may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

Under Australian copyright law, the photographer owns the copyright to all images and video created.
Clients receive a license to use the images for personal use unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Personal Use Licence
Clients may:
• Download images
• Share with friends/family
• Print for personal use
• Post online with credit (optional but appreciated)
3.3 Commercial Use
Commercial use requires a separate written agreement and may incur additional fees.
3.4 Photographer’s Portfolio & Social Media Use
Unless stated otherwise in writing before or during your session, you give permission for photos/videos from your session to be used for:
• Social media
• Website portfolios
• Advertising or promotional material
• Printed displays
You may revoke or limit this consent at any time, except where:
• Images have already been published, or
• A contract specifies otherwise.

• Deliver final work within the agreed timeline

6. Delivery of Images & Turnaround Times
6.1 Delivery
Images/videos are delivered via an online gallery or download link.
6.2 Turnaround Time
Typical delivery for photo is between 7 to 14 business Days, and 14 to 28 Business days for Video unless otherwise agreed.
6.3 Archiving
We attempt to store digital files for a reasonable period, but:
• We are not responsible for permanent backup of images.
• Clients should download and store their images safely.

7. Editing & Retouching
7.1 Editing Style
Images are edited in the signature style of Alijah Seamark.
Raw or unedited files are not provided, unless specifically agreed.
7.2 Retouching Requests
Minor editing is included.
Extensive retouching may require additional fees.

• Late arrivals or non-cooperation by clients
• Loss of images due to technological failure (rare but possible)
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
